SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed and dispatched, you will receive a communication confirming all delivery details, including the carrier and tracking information for your package.
We strive to deliver your order within 3-8 working days. If you need your product sooner, please contact us at thebyrastore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp for assistance.
Byra is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details, unreachable contact numbers, locked delivery premises, or any situations resulting from an Act of God.
For international shipments, any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing thebyrastore@gmail.com with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund within 15 working days.
We do not accommodate changes to shipping addresses after the order has been dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For returns or exchanges, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise by emailing thebyrastore@gmail.com with images of the product or by filling out the form on our website.
Please note that we only accept one return or exchange per order. Items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned again.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wedding favors, bulk orders, customized products, or fabric items.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all products match the order upon receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if we are not notified within the 7 Days period.
We will arrange for the pickup of the return parcel.
International Returns/Exchanges: Returns or exchanges are not applicable for international shipments due to export and duty regulations.
You may exchange an item for another available product from our website. If the new item is of lower value, we will issue a credit note for the difference, which can be redeemed on our website. We are not responsible for any misuse of the credit note after it has been issued.
Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds and Exchanges Conditions: Refunds will not be issued if the product is damaged upon receipt at our warehouse or if the original tags are not attached. Merchandise must be in unused, perfect condition and in its original packaging for a return or exchange to be accepted.
Items altered, dyed, washed, or modified are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The decision to accept a return or exchange is at Byra's discretion, based on the condition of the product. If we determine that the item has been worn or used, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-30 working days, subject to payment gateway specifications.
For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders, the packaging must remain unopened, and the product should not be used if you plan to return it. The delivery executive will only provide the package upon receipt of payment and will not accept the return at the time of delivery.
